Shipping Information

• We use USPS First class mail for all packages unless customers specifically request for an expedited delivery. Customer will have to pay the additional courier charges and we will provide all tracking information
• The product will be shipped the next business day after we get your order. 
• It takes about 4-7 business days for regular first class mails to reach you. 

Easy Returns/ Exchange

To eliminate some common problems like sizing issues that result in returns or exchange, I have provided a size chart in the website, so please do measure before buying. We'd be happy to exchange any item that has unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and retaining the original tags are eligible for return within 5 days from the date of delivery, for a different size or style :

• The exchange has to be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product.
• The product has to be exchanged unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and in its original packaging with the invoice and tags.
• We will do a thorough quality check of the product once its shipped back to us and then process exchange.
• The onward shipping of an exchange has to be paid by the customer, I will send the new shipment at my cost. 
• Please read care instructions carefully, we will not exchange based on poor handling of the garment.
• PLEASE NOTE : NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUNDS, NO RETURNS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS / LOWEST PRICE OF THE SEASON /SPECIAL MARKDOWNS
